These are good places to grab both generic and especially photographic snacks like turkey legs, Mickey pretzels, or character-inspired sweets and a variety of drinks. Snack stands have minimal menus and no or next-to-no seating.It’s like dinner and a show! These meals are more expensive than a normal table service restaurant, especially at Cinderella’s Royal Table.
It’s a great way to see these beloved characters really get into character in a unique setting. Typically, characters will rotate from table to table throughout the meal allowing guests to get photos and autographs.
Disney character dining experiences are table service restaurants with the addition of Disney characters. These are also the only restaurants you can buy alcohol in Magic Kingdom. As you probably guessed, orders are placed at your table with your server and food is delivered to you. Table service restaurants offer almost exclusive indoor seating. Menu options tend to be cheaper here than at table service restaurants. Orders are placed either on your cell phone and picked or with a cast member standing at a register. Quick service restaurants offer indoor and/or outdoor seating. Here are a few other things to keep in mind as you go through this guide to the best restaurants in Magic Kingdom: Sometimes the lines are a bit blurry between snack stands and quick service restaurants, but we designated our Magic Kingdom food options based on whether they had seating and how extensive or minimal their menu is. In general, Magic Kingdom has quick service, table service, character dining, and what we’re going to call snack stands. Magic Kingdom may be known for its rides, but there are also some decent dining experiences to be had there if you know where to look.
